Please plan to arrive ten minutes prior to your appointment time to guarantee you will be available when your service is scheduled to begin. Please take into consideration traffic for the time of day your appointment is. Major surrounding roads can get congested and as much as double your commute time, especially around 4-6 p.m. 

When you reserve an appointment with us, you are agreeing to the minimum service price for that appointment, with the understanding that pricing is on an “and up” basis.  If your late arrival prevents us from performing the full service in the time allotted for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you in full for the service, reschedule you with a late arrival fee, or charge you a no show fee, which is payment in full for the service reserved as we would be unable to fill that spot.
